2. What advantages would I have if I had a profile on mattsbarbershop.ch?

Having a profile on mattsbarbershop.ch allows you to book more quickly, to always have your appointments under control and to be able to move or cancel them easily, independently. Users can also accumulate points that can be redeemed for free services.

3. How do I move or cancel my appointment?

4. If I book an appointment online, do I have to pay in advance?

When booking online, you can pay in advance using a card, twint, paypal, klarna, the choice is up to the customer. Paying in advance is not mandatory.

5. If I miss an appointment, do I have to pay a penalty?

When you fail to keep an appointment, you do not have to pay a penalty.

6. If I miss an appointment, do I lose the advance payment?

If I booked an appointment that I paid in advance, I can move or cancel it in advance through my account, independently. See steps in point 3)

7. How do I use a gift card / discount code?

To use a gift card/discount code enter the code in the box at the end of the form

8. Can I return products purchased online?

Products purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged for one or more products.

9. Are there offers for customers who require frequent appointments on a regular basis?

For clients who require an appointment very frequently (every 1-2 weeks), on a regular basis, there are some benefits that we prefer to develop based on the specific needs of the client.

10. Are there any discounts for students?

Students in possession of a valid student card, showing it to the barber at the end of the

service (at the cash register), will have a 10% advantage on the total on the receipt. (Own service and/or

products)
